We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan and secure online payments.

Return & Exchange Conditions
We want you to shop with confidence. Please note our return conditions:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Only unopened, unused, and sealed items in original packaging are eligible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, with photo/video proof.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 – 10 working days.
Refunds for online payments will be made to the original payment method.
Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer, Easypaisa/JazzCash, or store credit.
In case of replacement, shipping costs for returning the product may apply unless the mistake was from our side.
